The Program: A Complete Learning Experience
Intensive Spanish Course
Immerse yourself in Spanish from day one. Our communicative teaching method focuses on real conversation, grammar in context, and building genuine confidence in the language.
• 20 lessons per week (Monday to Friday, 9:30–13:05)
• Taught in small international groups — average 8, maximum 12 students
• Minimum 2 rotating native-speaking teachers with university degrees
• All levels welcome: A0 (absolute beginner) to C1 (advanced)
• Course book and all materials included
• Weekly cultural program “Vive en Español” — practice Spanish in real-life situations
• Placement test on arrival and participation certificate on completion
The Career Lab — Only at MAXX Institutes

Activities & Excursions: Live the Mediterranean Life

• Welcome Activity every Monday — connect with fellow students and feel at home from day one
• 3 cultural activities per week led by teachers directly after class (city tours, food market visits, interactive workshops)
• 4 Young Adult afternoon activities per week — beach days, sports, social events, and city exploration
• Friday Cultural Experience — end the week with an Urban Art Tour or a Gazpacho & Alioli Cooking Class
For stays of 2 weeks or longer, you also get:
• Full-day Saturday excursion — choose from a Santa Ponsa Adventure Day, Aqualand Water Park, or a Water Sports Day on the Mediterranean
Accommodation: Your Home Abroad
Whether you prefer the warmth of a Spanish host family or the independence of a modern student residence, MAXX offers accommodation options where you will feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout your stay.
Home Stay (Half boad)
Experience true cultural immersion in a safe, welcoming Spanish-speaking home. Single room, shared bathroom, breakfast and dinner included. Located 10–30 minutes from the school. All home stay accommodations run from Sunday (arrival) to Saturday (departure). Additional nights are available on request.
Student Residence or hostal
Ideal for students who prefer more privacy and independence. Modern single room in the residence with private bathroom, 24-hour reception, and half-board included. Located 25 minutes by bus from the school. In the hostal you will enjoy a very modern and social environment with co-working spaces, roof top pool andshared bedrooms with shared bathrooms. Ideal for small groups of friends.

MAXX Institutes is the only Spanish school network in the Balearic Islands, with centres in both Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza. Students can even combine both islands for a truly unique experience.
