How to book a Spanish course
in Maxx Institute?

Choose your Spanish course
Please browse our Spanish courses and choose the right one for you. Select the number of weeks under “Weeks” and click “Book” to access the enrolment form and make your payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer. You’ll receive booking confirmation within 24 hours (or the next business day).

Receive your Confirmation
Once we have received your payment, we will send you the official confirmation with your invoice. In case there is something outstanding, like accommodation or the material fee of 15€ per week for the book(s) and materials, the invoice will also show your outstanding balance. You can pay it on the fiirst day of school at the reception.

Take the Level Test
At Instituto de Idiomas Ibiza, providing the best Spanish learning experience is our top priority. To ensure you are placed in the most suitable group for your level, we kindly ask you to take our online level test. This will help us tailor your learning experience to match your current skills and ensure you’re in the right class to make the most of your Spanish course. Arrival Information
If you’ve booked only a course, all necessary information will be provided in your reservation confirmation email. However, if you have also booked and pay for an accommodation, an additional email will be sent to you during the week of your arrival. This email will include the exact address of your accommodation and instructions on how to retrieve your key. If you haven’t already shared your flight details with us, we’ll request them at that time to ensure a smooth check-in process.
