This first part of the activity focuses on discovering local products, understanding ingredient quality and practicing Spanish in real-life situations.
After the market visit, you’ll take part in a hands-on gazpacho and alioli cooking session, where you’ll learn how to prepare these traditional Spanish dishes step by step. The class covers ingredients, preparation techniques and tips, followed by enjoying the dishes together in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
