Apartments
If you prefer an independent lifestyle and want to immerse yourself fully in student life, a shared apartment is the perfect option for you. We offer three different shared apartments
– España Mía – San Vicente – Mi Extremadura
– Fully Equipped Kitchen
– 1 to 3 Showers
– Wi-Fi included
– Cleaning: Common areas and showers are cleaned 1 x per week. You will be responsible for cleaning your own room and keeping the kitchen and showers clean.
– Your flatmates: Our students come from various countries and diverse age groups between 18 and 70 years of age. Choosing a shared apartment allows you to connect with fellow students and expanding your intercultural horizons.
– Availability Please note that during the summer months (June to September), availability is limited. Contact us in advance to ensure availability for your preferred room type.
– Damage Deposit: Upon arrival, a 150€ damage deposit is required. This can be automatically frozen from your credit card or paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs, and the key is returned.
- Single bed or larger bed available
- The shared apartments are only available for students of the school.
- Fully equipped kitchen in every apartment
- 2 or maximum 3 students share one bathroom
- 3-15 minutes walking from the school
- Minimum 18 - Average 25 to 65 years
España Mía
- Location: Maximum 10 minutes walking distance to the school;
- Room types: 3x single rooms and 2x a double room also available for sole use;
- Bathroom: 2x shared bathrooms (1 with shower and 2 toilets, 1 with shower and 1 toilet;
- Laundry: Use of washing machine included (own detergents);
- Cleaning: Clean room when checking-in, no cleaning service included. Common areas and the room to be cleaned by the flatmates;
- Bedding: Linen and towels (no beach towels) provided;
- Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, shared use;
- Meals: Self catering;
- Internet: Via Wi-fi included;
- Key: To be picked up at the school upon arrival (any time, 24h/day);
- Ages: 18 to aprox. 70 years, mixed gender;
- Bills: Included (internet, water, electricity, etc.);
- Check-in: Usually on Sundays after 18:00 (possibility to leave luggage earlier). Extra nights available;
- Check-out: Usually on Saturdays before 11:00 (possibility to leave luggage for later departures). Extra nights available.
- Distance to airport: Aprox.10 minutes by taxi and 20 minutes by bus;
- Public Transport: Aprox. 15 minutes walk to the central busstation;
Mi Extremadura
- Location: Maximum 10 minutes walking distance to the school;
- Distance to airport: Aprox.10 minutes by taxi and 20 minutes by bus;
- Public Transport: Aprox. 15 minutes walk to the central busstation;
- Rooms: 1x single room with smaller bed and without balcony, 4x single rooms with larger bed and with balcony;
- Bathroom: 1x shared bathroom with 2 separate showers and 2 toilets,1x shared bathroom with 1 shower and 1 toilet;
- Laundry: Use of washing machine included (own detergents);
- Cleaning: Clean room when checking-in, no cleaning service included. Common areas and the room to be cleaned by the flatmates;
- Bedding: Linen and towels (no beach towels) provided;
- Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, shared use;
